Tracking page ​

Navexa can give every package its own tracking page with your logo and colors, so customers follow their order on your brand instead of a carrier's site. The page shows every package of the order (a split order shows each box), the status and delivery estimate, the latest carrier updates, and your support and returns links.

Turn it on ​

Owners and admins open Settings → Tracking page:

  1. Tick Turn on the tracking page.
  2. Upload a logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, 1 MB at most), or set the store name shown in its place.
  3. Pick an accent color for the header and the progress bar. Navexa picks white or dark text on it, whichever reads better.
  4. Add a support email or support page, and a returns page. The page's Contact and Start a return buttons use them; a button whose link is empty is left off.
  5. Check the preview and select Save.

The page is off until you turn it on. While it is off, every tracking page link shows "We couldn't find this shipment", and customers get the carrier's own tracking link.

Each package's link is on the order page, under the tracking number (Customer tracking page). It looks like https://app.navexa.co/t/…. Send it to your customer or put it in your own messages.

Your Shopify, Medusa and TikTok Shop fulfillments keep the carrier's tracking link.

What customers see ​

  • Your logo or store name on your accent color.
  • The order number and the city and state it ships to.
  • For each package: its status (label created, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, or a delivery issue), the estimated or actual delivery date, the carrier and tracking number with a link to the carrier's site, and the carrier's scans with their city and state.
  • Your support and returns buttons.

The page never shows the customer's name, street address, ZIP code, email or phone. Each link carries a long random code, so a link can't be guessed from an order or tracking number. Search engines are told not to index the pages.

Updates come from the carrier tracking Navexa already receives, so a package bought or tracked outside Navexa shows only what Navexa knows about it.
